Backend server starts cleanly, responds to authenticated requests on /v1/models with a full model list, auth enforcement works correctly, and all 623 Python tests pass.

Frontend build fails due to Node.js 18 (Vite 7 requires 20+), but backend is fully functional. captcha-solver tests skipped (cloakbrowser not installed in main venv). All 623 backend tests pass.
