IronCalc builds and all 2767 Rust tests pass; the xlsx binary loads, evaluates, and saves .xlsx files correctly.

Rust was not pre-installed; installed via rustup (curl sh.rustup.rs). All cargo builds and tests succeeded with zero failures. Python/Node/JS/Wasm bindings compiled but were not separately tested (no Python test runner dependencies available). No mocks needed.
