What the test found

The Caddy Proxy Manager backend serves the embedded SPA on port 3001, authenticates the seeded admin over the local login API, creates and deletes hosts whose per-host Caddyfiles pass caddy adapt --validate, and lists modules from a real Caddy v2.9.1 binary, with all backend and frontend test suites passing.

No third-party keys needed; used real Caddy v2.9.1, SQLite and JWT auth. Node 18 triggered EBADENGINE warnings (project wants Node 22+) but tests and build pass. Deps are outside the repo (/tmp), repo working tree unchanged.
