Middleman 4.6.3 is fully installed and operational. All three test suites pass with zero failures. The middleman CLI responds to version and help commands. The init command requires network to clone templates which is blocked, but build, server, and all core functionality are ready.

Network was available but could not reach github.com (port 443 blocked), so middleman init template cloning failed. Core app and all tests pass without network.
