Panel Graphic Walker package installs in a Python 3.12 venv with a pre-compiled JS bundle (4.2 MB), the test suite passes (149/149), and a Panel server serves a GraphicWalker app returning HTTP 200.

All 149 core unit tests passed, 6 xpassed (previously xfail tests now passing), 1 xfailed. Panel server started and returned HTTP 200 at /test_app. Test apps failure is an env issue (exec_with_return does not define __file__). JS bundle was compiled with npm install --legacy-peer-deps to work around react peer dependency conflict.
