Rust 1.95.0 toolchain is installed, the walkers workspace compiles cleanly, all 105 tests pass, and the demo_native binary launches on Xvfb, initializing the wgpu renderer via Mesa llvmpipe and rendering a slippy map window with real OSM tiles.
