All 134 tests pass, the CLI commands (scan, map, config, serve) execute successfully, the web server starts and serves HTTP 200 on /, and scan produces a complete wiki directory structure even without an LLM API key

The scan command requires a real LLM API key (OpenAI, DeepSeek, Anthropic, etc.) for wiki content generation; without one it gracefully degrades and produces the wiki structure with placeholder content. All other functionality (CLI, server, map, config, tests) works with zero configuration.
