Backend (FastAPI) starts and returns 200 on GET /, frontend (Vite/React) starts and serves HTML at localhost:5173, all 276 backend pytest tests pass, all 42 frontend jest tests pass, and pyright type checking passes with 0 errors.

End-to-end verification used mock API keys (sk-mock-*) set in backend/.env. The backend’s code generation requires a WebSocket connection to an external LLM API, which requires real keys. The app installs, builds, serves, and passes all project tests without real credentials.
