PGlite v0.5.8 installed and built successfully; all 58 test suites (294 tests) pass; the in-memory Postgres WASM instance runs correctly in Node.js 20, executing queries, DDL, and DML.

Node.js v18 was installed but the project requires >=20, so Node v20.19.1 was installed alongside it. pnpm was globally installed via npm. Pre-built WASM binaries were extracted from the published npm package since the Docker-based wasm:build could not run (no Docker). The TypeScript packages were built in dependency order (pglite-utils, pg-protocol, then pglite).
